Q: How many hours are included in your full and half day rates?

A: Full day rates are not limited to a set number of hours. From the first brush of makeup ‘till the last piece of cake, and everything in between. we’re there.

Half day rates are 6 hours of photographic assault, you choose the block of time.

 

Q: How many photographers are included?

A: You will always have at least 2 professional photographers. 

 

Q: What kind of cameras do you use?

A: Pro Canon cameras and lenses.

 

Q: What format do you shoot?

A: We prefer digital

 

Q: Do you shoot in color or black and white? 

A: Color, Monochrome, and Infra Red

 

Q: How many images do you typically shoot at a wedding?

A: We can’t count that high.

 

Q: How and when will I receive my images?

A: It takes about 4-6 weeks to deliver the images to you saved onto a USB memory stick and we’ll setup a login account to download directly from our website. 

 

Q: Do you offer albums?

A: Individually designed albums are available.

 

Q: Do you offer packages?

A: Packages are not for everyone.

 

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We are based in Los Angeles so it’s easy for us to get to Orange County, San Diego, Santa Barbara.

 

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes! We will travel anywhere in the world.

 

Q: Do you speak any other languages besides English?

A: Yes, in fact, we’re quadrilingual. We speak English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Japanese!

 

Q: How long have you worked together?

A: As cheesy as it sounds, we are best friends and have been working together for 6 years.

 

Q: Do you have backup photographers if one of you is sick on the wedding day?

A: Yes, we always have someone on call

 

Q: Have you seen that video of the wedding photographer falling into a fountain WITH all his gear? What if something like that happens?

A: Our cat-like reflexes keeps that from happening. plus, we carry back up gear.

 

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: Yes & Yes

 

Q: Are you GLBT friendly?

A: We are E.O.P.
