Our story starts right after Y2K with each of us pursuing our own interests in photography. Alec was working with models for promotional campaigns and fashion editorials; while Ben focused on scenic landscapes, still life, and portrait photography. In 2004, an opportunity presented itself for easy money, fast action, and excitement; to join the industry's largest celebrity news agency as a staff photographer. Alec was first to join and just a few months later met Ben when he was also hired.

Working in the celebrity world exposed us to some rather interesting and challenging situations to overcome. We've pretty much done it all in order to get the 'money shot'... even hanging out of cars, boats and helicopters. Intense competition, strict deadlines, crowded settings and looong hours was the normal day to day...yet, it was a lot of fun.

After a few years, the action and excitement faded. We felt that the celebrity news industry was rapidly changing beyond our ethical limits, becoming aggressive and increasingly intrusive. That's when we decided to get out of the Hollywood celebrity game, team up, and get back to what we always really enjoyed: working and connecting with good people.

In addition to all of that exciting experience is our creative side, where we will tap into our inner Robert Frank, Martin Kollar, or Henri Cartier-Bresson and the like. Because we incorporate our styles from paparazzi, portrait, fashion and commercial photography; we not only capture those elusive moments in time, we also create editorial concepts that are natural and relaxed
